Brie flights > charcuterie boards. I said it. Melty cheese and crackers are the way to my heart. Like sure, charcuterie is great, but there’s always leftovers, and having to figure out how to pair my own little cracker with which jam/cheese/meat is honestly a bit overwhelming when I’m mid convo. Dipping a cracker in melty brie - easy, delicious and you can have a cheese pull contest with whomever you are talking to.
Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: pick your brie (this was a sponsored post that I worked with Saputo on but they are truly my favorite for brie - especially their lactose-free cause we all have a few lactose-free friends that will be so glad they can partake.. and I think I actually preferred the texture over the regular brie)
Step 2: find a cool board and brie containers.
Step 3: find the coolest crackers you can. I liked the pretzel chips, one long pointy style, and a classic standard. Throw some assorted chips and fruit on there too to jazz things up.
Step 4: assemble:
unwrap brie. Score the tops in a criss-cross pattern. Place in oven-safe brie dish.
Top with:
1 tbsp chili crisp + 1 tsp honey
2 tbsp cherry jam + 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
2 tbsp fig jam + 1 tbsp chopped walnuts + bacon bits + fresh rosemary
drizzle each with a bit of olive oil
place in oven at 400F for about 10-15 minutes until gooey
get your board ready to go now with crackers and dippy things
place hot cheese on board and serve immediately
Step 5: serve to your guests and be the most popular host
Hot tips:
If the brie doesn’t get devoured immediately, throw it back in the oven, air fryer or even the microwave to remelt.
Cook the brie right in the air fryer, it’s ready faster and you don’t have to turn on the oven (or you can use it for other purposes).

This is a great idea! Thanksgiving appetizer — check! I can jams and jellies at home so my fave topping is my jalapeño jelly on top. My jelly is almost like a hot honey because it’s part sugar, part honey. I put some jalapeños from my jalapeño simple syrup on top.
