Happy Saturday! starting today, Saturdays are getting an upgrade! Instead of 1 recipe, you’re getting the next 3 at once. First dibs on what’s coming, and enough of a heads-up to actually plan the week around them.
Thursday kicked off the low-cook dinner series. Vancouver isn’t scorching, but I know a lot of you are, so here’s this week’s dinner, sorted.
this week’s lineup…

seared tuna tostadas with mango salsa: from the girl who used to hate fish. If you’re going to try tuna, this is a great place to start. This one required a special trip to Granville Island to get the tuna, and Lee’s donuts of course.

greek-ish loaded lemony hashbrowns: frozen hashbrown patties for dinner can absolutely be fancy.

not lobster rolls: ever crave something you’ve never had? Same. So I made it with shrimp for half the price in case I didn’t like it but let me tell you, I LIKED IT.
Let me know if you make any of these, or if there’s something specific you want next. Or just tell me what you’re watching right now, we always need recs.

I make shrimp rolls in the summer as well trying not to think too much of the Maine lobster I ate whenever I vacationed there back when I lived in Montreal. So yummy. But we'll made shrimp rolls are delish.
