  1. prep your salami

  • preheat oven to 400F.

  • slice salami into thin pieces, place on sheet tray, bake for 5 minutes until slightly crispy. Keep an eye on them - depending on the thickness the may need more or less time - you don’t want them darkened much, just warmed and a little firmer.

  • once cooked, remove from pan and place on paper towel to drain excess fat.

  1. prep your goat cheese

  • to a small bowl, add your room-temp goat cheese and 1/2 tbsp heavy cream.

  • use a strong spoon or spatula to mix until smooth and creamy. You want it firm but spreadable. Add up to another 1/2 tbsp if you need it.

  • add to a small ziploc bag or a piping bag with a tiny tip if you have it. Cut a small hole off the corner of the bag.

  1. assemble

  • take one piece of salami, pipe the cheese on in a twirling motion, then top with a sweet drop pepper. (I prefer to do all the cheese, then the peppers for more efficiency). Plate and serve.
