Spring really sprung in April, and so did a sheet pan series. It was pretty much all things sheet pan recipes but NOT your average sheet pans. These are the kind with loads of flavor and texture, the kind I’d argue are worthy of a weekend (meaning: kinda fancy).

This week Kyle is out of town for a work trip so I’m genuinely excited to see what I come up with for dinner. Don’t get my wrong I love cooking for him but for some reason I feel like I can get so much more creative with girl dinners when I don’t feel pressure to have to have a full blown meal that will serve us both. Stay tuned.
And we are now 3 weeks out from the wedding so I’m in full blown finalizing every detail mode. And I THINK everything is pretty close. I cannot wait to share everything with you but you have to wait until I have a few good pics to show you the vision. I’ll drop a few hints now though - I have 2 outfits, we are having an Italian feast, and I think we finally chose our first dance song and I am SHOCKED Kyle agreed to it.
The actual things I've been wearing, eating, drinking from, and obsessing over this month. As always, I only share what I'm genuinely using.
dog notebook: nothing makes me feel more organized than a new notebook. I've got a REALLY BIG, really exciting project I'm working on (more on that soon 👀) and I'm trying to keep as organized as I can and this little book covered in doggos is doing a lot of the heavy lifting.
saltyface: I have tried pretty much every self tanner under the sun. Your girl is a pale Icelandic lady who looks terrifying in her natural shade so I tan weekly. I recently tried the Saltyface tanner and while I'll still stick to my old faithful St Tropez for the body, this face spray is incredible for daily use. No streaks, perfectly bronze, and gentle on my very sensitive skin.
turtle chips: my trip to H Mart last month was hugely successful in the snack department, but these were the standout faves. They’re like Bugles but a bit lighter, and the flavors are impeccable. Buy two bags. You’ll thank me.
my new favorite pants: I love a comfy track pant and this is my latest find. I've gotten so many compliments on them out and about, so wanted to share the love. They're the kind of pants that walk the line between "I made an effort" and "I am extremely comfortable" which is exactly where I like to live.
nalgene bottle: wedding prep means I’m trying to look my best from within and that means hydrating the heck up. I’m picky about water bottles. I need:
as simple as possible (no surprise moldy nooks and crannies)
a small rim so I don’t pour water over my entire body when I drink
and most importantly, A LID THAT COVERS WHERE YOU DRINK FROM, so when it goes in my bag the part that touches my mouth is not loose and getting coated in germs.
Surprisingly, this is hard to find. I went for a simple Nalgene last month and have not looked back. I love it. I will be getting all the colors
farmgirl cereal: I sampled this at Costco a few months ago and loved it but as someone who doesn’t really eat much cereal so I didn't really clock what it was. Then my last trip, I realized it's protein cereal. As someone who's adamant about getting enough protein at breakfast but rarely has time to cook in the morning, I bought a bag and have been eating it nearly daily ever since.
See you Saturday - xx Rach
