I loooooove pickles so I knew I had to make this. But then I started the recipe, and thought, “this is a weird method, wonder if this will actually work.” And then, a few hours later, I got to eat it. DANG is this good!!! How does the pasta taste creamy when it’s just been (basically) soaked in pickle juice??? This recipe is incredible.
