Happy Saturday!
To my US friends: hope you had the loveliest Thanksgiving and are enjoying endless leftover sandwiches. If you’re still working through your leftovers and dare I say… over the sandwich… I shared a few other ideas this week (linked below). Don’t get me wrong I LOVE a sandwich but I love variety more.
And to my Canadian friends: 1 month out from ours, who’s still working through their leftovers 🫢
Today’s recipe: after cooking up a feast for Thanksgiving dinner I figured most of you would be tired of being in the kitchen, so I whipped up a ridiculously easy recipe that’s ACTUALLY ready in 20, requires no chopping, and is pretty much completely interchangeable (veggies/proteins/noodle).

Hosting doesn’t have to be a production. From now until the new year, I’ll be sharing easy hosting tips to help you pull off easy breezy, effortless gatherings that still feel special.
this week’s tips: take notes!!!
Thanksgiving comes once a year and I find it impossible to remember everything year to yea. So since we just finished a successful one, take notes for yourself of what worked and what didn’t, so you can use them for Christmas, your next dinner party, or next year!
