I had everything on hand when I saw this but bacon, but I DID have prosciutto which I crisped up! Probably not the exact same flavor but this was a HUGE hit tonight, thanks for the inspiration!!
Omg. This looks incredible! I love potato salad and with the miso added to the mayo, sour cream, & mustard it’s going to take on a whole different taste. I add miso to so many dishes now but didn’t think to add it to potato salad.
