Loved this dish! I substituted ground turkey for pork and although it didn’t brown and crisp as much it was still tasty. I’ve made many of your dishes and my husband and I enjoyed all of them! Thank you!

Made this and WOW. Accidentally used regular peanut butter but didn't mind the extra sweetness at all. Absolute banger of a dish, will for sure be making again!

That is so great to hear, glad you enjoyed it!

Came back to say I've probably made this another half dozen times and it continues to slap.

I had this for dinner tonight. It was delish! I used 4 packs of cooked ramen (rinse before adding to sauce) for anyone else needing an udon substitute.

Outstanding! Subbed spinach & red bell pepper (gotta use up the Odd Bunch box!). The ground pork I had was quite lean, so there was just enough fat to saute the peppers in. Was hoping for leftovers; no dice. Thanks, this is a keeper!

Love when there are no leftovers - yum!

Tonight I made this dish and it was so delicious; 😋 I want to flag that in step 2 there are a couple of omissions: where it says Stir in…should say 3TB sambal oelek, 1TB soy, …

Thanks for the flag - I adjusted the recipe!! So glad you enjoyed it!
