Next week we’re heading to Italy for our honeymoon!!!! Which means I will be officially OOO and eating my weight in pasta for the next three weeks. Thank you for all of your recommendations, my Google Maps is truly out of control.

BUT I didn’t want to leave you dinner-less while I’m gone, so I’ve handed over the keys to dinner, sorted to a few incredibly talented women for the month❤️❤️. You can still expect plenty of dinner recipes, just with a little twist: some new faces, new recipes and hopefully a few new people to become obsessed with.

And because many of you have asked: what about Reggie?! Do not worry. She’s headed to her favourite vacation destination: Kyle’s mom’s house, where there is a huge backyard, approximately zero rules and 24/7 spoiling. She may actually be more excited for September than we are.

So consider this week my farewell-to-summer-produce tour.

First up: ridiculously cheesy zucchini meatballs with jammy tomato butter. The zucchini keeps the meatballs extra juicy (and puts a dent in things if you have an overly abundant zucchini situation), while the tomatoes cook down into a tangy, buttery, jammy sauce. Basically, if your counter is currently being overtaken by zucchini and tomatoes, I’ve got you covered.

We’ve also got a ridiculously easy hot honey garlic butter shrimp with cold tzatziki. Hot, buttery, spicy shrimp + cold, tangy tzatziki + peak-season cucumbers. And both require bread on the side for dragging through every last bit of sauce which is the exactly the kind of dinner I want to eat right now.
