I know what you're thinking: cold nachos?? But you’re going to have to trust me.. they are refreshing and tangy and exactly 0 heat required. The lettuce is a buffer so the chips stay crispy (but if you ask me, I love a bit of a soggy chip). If you’re really into the nacho format, fair, serve this as a dippable salad instead!
