There's a moment every year where I walk into the grocery store and suddenly everything looks FRESH again. Asparagus is back. Snap peas are popping. Radish leaves don’t look half-eaten. And fresh herbs actually smell like something.
That's when I know spring is here and my kitchen is about to get a lot more exciting. These are some recipes I cannot wait to make this season, plus some of my favorite things to cook with right now.
measuring cup: having cute colors in the kitchen gets me very excited about summer.
salad spinner: greens greens and more greens this spring. And those greens need cleaning.
dinner plate: a favorite plate that makes every spring salad look like it belongs in a restaurant.
serving spoons: wooden salad servers that make tossing a salad feel like an event
big bowl: my new favorite everything bowl.
baggu cloud bag: my favorite bag to haul to the farmers market.
citrus juicer: never thought I’d need this but I use it every single day and that is not an exaggeration. worth every penny.
microplane: spring recipes deserve lemon zest on everything, always.
steamer: spring produce screams to be steamed. Artichokes, asparagus, greens galore.
