Meatballs are the perfect dinner. Hard to mess up, easy to throw together, and one of my favorite ways to prep protein ahead of time. They reheat like a dream (no weird flavors, I promise). Plus you can choose any ground meat. I typically lean on ground turkey, but most of these can be swapped out for anything!
And clearly I’m a little obsessed, because I have a lot of meatball recipes. So today, I’m rounding up my favorites. Enough to cover you for the rest of the week, no matter what mood you’re in. Dinner, sorted.

pesto meatballs with creamy orzo: one of my most viral recipes, and for good reason. Maximum flavor, minimum effort, thanks to pesto doing all the heavy lifting
gyro spiced meatball bowls with pepperoncini crema: probably my all-time favorite. All the flavors of a gyro packed into a little meatball, served with all the fixings and a slurpable sauce.
turkey and stuffing meatball bowls: a solid flavor hack: use boxed stuffing mix as your base and thank me later.
roasted red pepper orzo with turkey feta meatballs: cozy but still feels summery. Perfect for those weirdly cold spring dinners.
french onion meatballs: need I say more really?
thai red curry meatballs: and maybe the easiest of the bunch. Ready in under 30 minutes, but they taste like you’ve been in the kitchen all day.
Let me know if you try any of these, or if you’re craving a new meatball variety. I clearly have no problem making another. 🙌
