I’ve decided to try something new for ya’ll this year. this is not a meal plan™. but at the beginning of the month, I’ll share some recipes that match my vibe for the month (see below) with some tips to repurpose leftovers, lunch ideas, and easy printable grocery lists and recipes all in one place.
it’s meant to be followed loosely to have an easy way to get a really epic week (or two) of dinners without overthinking it. one less thing on your plate, literally.
designed for two people for a week, all the recipes serve 2 or 4: the 4-serving recipes make great next-day lunches, and for the 2-serving ones, I’ve included simple lunch ideas so nothing goes to waste.
AND MOST IMPORTANT!!!! If you’re into this, tell me. If not, also tell me.
I have limited spoons, so if these aren’t worth it, I’ll happily go back to focusing on strictly more good food. but if you love them? I’ll absolutely keep ‘em coming.
my food brain in January:
I’m kinda tired of cooking and kinda tired of heavy food and I want to kinda eat healthy but like not too healthy cause yuck but I wanna feel good but wanna enjoy my meals still without doing the most in the kitchen. was that a heck of a run on sentence? yes. bu you’re here for the food not my grammar right?
anyways here’s not a meal plan™
this is ideal eats for 2 people for a week. all of the recipes are for 2 or 4 people, the ones that are for 4 are great leftover for lunch the next day, the ones that are for 2, I’ve shared a lunch idea for the next day as well.
