As a self proclaimed stuffing connoisseur, this recipe has come from years of perfecting. I'm a purist and don't think sausage has any business being in a stuffing. This recipe is chunky, dryer (in a good way) over custardy, and heavily seasoned with plenty of thanksgiving herbs.

To me, it’s a classic.
