I'm honestly not going to bother with regular lasagna anymore
if I'm using ground turkey, should I still use beef broth or can I use chicken or turkey broth? Thank you.
I prefer beef broth just because it brings in more umami, but chicken broth will work too maybe just with a splash of soy sauce

I can’t find ready lasagna noodles—can I par boil normal lasagna noodles and then add in?
Yes I’d do halfway and finish them in the sauce. Or do another type of noodle!
