We had to bake ours for nearly triple the recommended time, but these were outstanding. My one year old ate three this morning lol

Oh wow, I haven't had that happen before, but I am so glad they were still a hit!!

I think my dad would love this since he works so early in the morning. Perf grab and go? Or would it be too hard by the morning time bc I’ll be sleep lol

These are perfect for early mornings! You can store them in an airtight container or bag in the fridge for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Just pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds in the morning and you're good to go!

Hi there! These sound amazing…could you please post the calories and protein amount if you have?

Rachel Halldorson's avatar

Hi! I don't calculate/share those because I am not a dietician so it's not my area of expertise :) There are some great substitutions listed that can be good alternatives if you're looking for something specific!

Thank you for letting me know!!

Not sure how much sausage to add since I didnt find an precooked turkey sausages at my grocery. I have a lb of raw turkey breakfast sausage, which I’ll cook up. Any recommendation for how many ounces of turkey sausage total?

i'm just wondering if there might be a substitution for the Kodiak protein pancake powder for someone who is celiac.

I beleive kodiak cakes has a gluten free option! There’s a few others out there too for sure - in Canada there’s the Nourish brand which I’ve tried and liked, I’m sure there’s loads in the US as well. Please share if you try it out ❤️

Hi Rachel! I’m new to your Substack, but have watched you on Insta for quite some time. I’m on a high protein, calorie deficit plan, and these are perfect for me. The dough was really sticky, but they turned out beautifully. 16 min and 1 min under the broiler. For my ingredients, they came out to 138 cal and 10 g of protein per muffin. Excellent! Thanks.
