1 tbsp beef or mushroom boullion concentrate
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp msg
Kewpie mayo
Sriracha
EBTB seasoning
1 head cabbage
1 large carrot
1 tbsp ginger
3 cloves garlic
5 green onions
1 lb ground turkey
Mince 3 cloves garlic and 1 tbsp ginger. Dice your green onions and divide whites and greens. Grate your carrot and finely chop your cabbage.
To a large frying pan over medium heat, warm 1 tbsp olive oil. Once warm add turkey with boullion mixture and cook until almost cooked through. Add ginger, garlic, and the whites of the green onions and cook for 1 minute. Add cabbage and carrots, then 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1tbsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp msg and cook until cabbage is tender - about 10 minutes. Taste and adjust soy sauce or vinegar to your liking.
Serve with green onion tops, everything but the bagel seasoning, kewpie and sriracha.
