1 batch pizza dough
1/3 cup mayo
1 tsp white vinegar
2 dill pickles
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
Fresh dill
100 gr smoked gouda
100 gr mozzarella
1/3 cup mayo

Preheat oven to 500F.
Ideally work with the dough at room temp. Roll out to your desired thickness and shape - a little smaller than you expect is ok for now, we'll come back to it. Set aside while you prep your ingredients.
To a small bowl, add 1/3 cup mayo, 1 minced clove garlic, 1 tsp white vinegar and a pinch of salt. Mix well and set aside.
Grate your cheeses, pinch off some fresh dill and thinly slice your pickles.
Roll out your pizza dough again now that it's had a few minutes to rest, it should be easier to stretch to your full size now that it's rested.
Add a drizzle of olive oil to the edges and rub in to coat. Spoon and spread white sauce over the base, top with fresh dill, pickles, then cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and top with more fresh dill. Enjoy with a dill pickle martini.
